it is my mission on Earth to show you this. We do this in three steps.

The Journey
Starting with your Astrology Soul Alignment Map, we get a clear picture of your unique essence of Light and your most aligned path of purpose. This is our Blueprint for the rest of the Journey. It tells us exactly where we need to go.
Once we know the Map, we check in with the body's Intuition through the Chakra System. This is how we see how your current life and energy aligns with the map.
Now we merge the wisdom from the map of your soul with the wisdom of your body. Each week we dive into one of the 7 chakras. We clear any blockages, and amplify what is already in alignment.
This is a fully integrated holistic approach where we look at how your physical, mental, emotional and energetic worlds are related. Throughout the journey we use a variety of tools tailored for your specific needs. This may include somatic practices, nervous system regulation, parts work, moving through blockages, limiting beliefs, shadow and archetype work, inner child work, Ayurvedic element balancing, yogic and tantric wisdom, cycle connection (for beings with wombs), journeying and alignment of routines & rituals.
In the final week we check in and integrate. We chat about what has landed and how far we have come. We then create an actionable step by step plan on how to continue moving forward, making sure you feel held and ready to integrate this journey into your life once the container closes.
